Done On-time, Done Right or Done Free Guarantee

All orders placed online are guaranteed to ship via UPS in the time period specified or we will refund the full amount to your credit card and ship your cards as soon as possible. You can also feel assured that they will be accurate and free from typos or we will reprint and reship your order as soon as possible and refund the full amount to your credit card.

On-time Guarantee or Done Free covers everything except if UPS doesn’t pick up due to weather or strikes, loss or damage during shipping, natural disasters, and catastrophic damage to our equipment or plant. 24 hours equals one normal work days, Monday – Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Changes to orders that are in process may increase costs and will restart the clock for our On-time or Done Free Guarantee.

Done Right Guarantee or Done Free covers typos and miss spellings. Your photos and image files may print out differently on our equipment than yours and if you are not happy for any reason please contact a customer representative at 215-453-1123. Parkside Graphics, Inc. will handle quality issues by either reprinting or if we choose, by issuing a refund to your credit card. Please call for return instructions before shipping your order back to us.

If all specifications aren’t given online, for example some are called in, only the parts placed online will be covered by the Done Right or Done Free Guarantee.

Parkside Graphics, Inc. has the right to question the information supplied with each order and thus stop or hold both the order and the On-time or Done Free Guarantee. When the order and On-time or Done Free Guarantee are stopped or placed on hold, a Parkside Graphics, Inc. representative will attempt to contact the customer via email OR phone. The order and On-time or Done Free Guarantee will resume on the following business day after Parkside Graphics, Inc. recieves the information Parkside Graphics, Inc. needs to complete the order in question.

All products sold by Parkside Graphics, Inc. are guaranteed to comply with PA State Real Estate Law. If you notify us of an issue on your card with thirty days of the order being placed, we will reprint for free. Of course, this does not cover customer induced errors such as a customer claiming they are a Realtor® when in truth, they are not.

This guarantee is limited to the content here. It covers products for 60 days from the time we ship your oder. We reserve the right to make changes to this document without notification.
